Iamonia Farms Lemoncello

In early November, we were able to pick a ton of lemons from our citrus trees at Iamonia Farms. This years yield from the lemon trees was substantial. We made piccata for dinner, let bright citrusy simmer pots fill our home over the holidays, juiced a ton to freeze, and leaned on our friend Tito’s Vodka to help us make some lemoncello.

The process is simple- the hardest part is waiting. In the end, you have a fabulous libation to share and enjoy with friends.

At Iamonia Farms, we simply, wash and peel our lemons, pour vodka over the peels, and let it sit at room temperature for a couple of months.

Well, today is the day that we finally get to bottle and enjoy the (literal) fruits of our labor!

We aren’t selling any lemoncello, but are always happy to pass it along to local friends and followers (who happen to be 21+)! DM us on Instagram or email admin@iamoniafarms.com if you’d like a sample! Cheers!
